We are looking for a Team Lead - Sales in the ‘Prepaid Course’ vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of Admission Counsellors and contributing considerably to achieving the monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 10-15 BDAs who will be working from the office and ensure maximum retention.
  • Achieve sales targets which will be defined every month.
  • Drive sales operations efficiency by ensuring overall funnel movement- starting from lead generation, to pipe building to closures.
  • Re-training and ensuring that candidates are maintaining consistency of input KRAs, calling pitch, targets and processed orders.
  • Contribute towards the growth of business with a willingness to grow and take up more responsibilities and resources by showing MoM growth in his/her individual business unit.
  • Be the eyes and ears for the company in terms of understanding customer needs and suggesting product improvements needed to grow.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing teams of sales in relevant Ed-tech organizations (preferably the ones dealing in IT Courses) 
  • Strong experience in managing Inside Sales Teams with proven acumen for data mining on CRM.
  • Managed business of at least 1 Cr. INR in a month.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Highly target oriented and an excellent task master meaning he/she can get things executed through BDAs.
  • Strong in review and understanding of sales operations processes.
