No. Our core incubation programmes are fully fee-based - we do not take equity as part of our standard engagement. You retain 100% ownership of your startup. In specific cases where we co-invest alongside our investor network, any equity arrangement is agreed separately and in full transparency, independent of the service fee.
No. We serve founders across India, UK, Europe, and Canada. All our programmes are remote-first by design, with optional in-person workshops available in our Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore hubs. International founders are equally welcome and we have specific market entry and cross-border support built into our programmes.

Yes, but we'll be honest with you about timing. Pre-revenue fundraising is possible for the right idea with the right team, but most investors in our network are looking for some validation signals - even if it's just 10 pre-paying customers or strong letters of intent. We'll help you get there first, and then the fundraising becomes significantly easier and faster.
We run rolling intakes - not fixed cohort batches - so you can start as soon as your onboarding is complete. We do limit cohort sizes to ensure mentor bandwidth and personalised support. We typically onboard 6-8 new startups per month. Apply early to secure your spot in the next intake.

  1. Skilled Sapiens is a community supported by IIM and IIT alumni to mentor and guide college students in their career & professional growth. The goal of this community is to provide a ” Personal Mentor” who will support and guide students in getting placements by improving their juniors’ soft and technical abilities.
  2. All of the mentors in this community are either working professionals at top MNCs or have successfully launched their businesses. We aim to provide one-on-one personal mentoring and hand-holding to all the members of our community until they are placed in their dream company. We also provide entrepreneurial guidance to our students who wish to establish their businesses while pursuing their educational degrees.
