Refund / cancellation policy

At Skilled Sapiens, we are committed to providing the highest quality education and training programs. Once a program is purchased, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise. To accommodate such situations, we offer flexible options to ensure that our students can continue their learning journey without interruption.

Policy Details:

  1. No Refunds:

    • Once a program is purchased, no refunds will be issued.

  2. Program Slot Change:

    • Students have the option to change their slot for the same program. This allows students to choose a different start date or time that better fits their schedule.

  3. Program Change:

    • Students can change to a different program of equal value available on the Skilled Sapiens website. This ensures that if a student’s interests or needs change, they can pursue a more suitable program without any additional cost.

  4. Cohort Change:

    • Students are allowed to switch to a different cohort. This is particularly useful if a student needs to align with a different group due to timing or other preferences.

  5. Equal Value Exchange:

    • All changes must be made for programs, slots, or cohorts of equal value. If the new program has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference. If the new program has a lower fee, no refund for the difference will be provided.

  6. Process for Changes:

    • To request a change, students must contact Skilled Sapiens support team via email or through the contact form on our website.
    • Requests must be made at least 3 days before the start date of the originally scheduled program to ensure availability and smooth processing.

  7. Website Exclusive:

    • All changes can only be made for options listed on the Skilled Sapiens website. No external programs or third-party courses are eligible for these changes.

By providing these flexible options, we aim to ensure that every student has the opportunity to fully benefit from our programs, even if their circumstances change.
