Program Overview
This program is designed for MBA students (HR specialization), recent graduates, and early-career HR professionals (0–3 years experience) who want to build a strong foundation in all strategic and functional HR domains. It's equally relevant for career switchers targeting HR roles and working professionals who want to move from generalist HR to more specialized tracks like HRBP, L&D, or Employer Branding.
No prior HR experience is required. The program is structured to take you from an industry overview and foundational HR thinking all the way through strategic HR functions and live project execution. Early-career professionals with some HR exposure will benefit from the strategic depth and tools coverage, while freshers will build from the ground up with mentor guidance.
Most MBA courses teach HR theory. We teach you to practice it. You learn directly from active HR professionals in small cohorts of 10, work on a live HR project in your chosen domain, receive mentor feedback, and walk away with an ISO-certified program certificate plus a live project certificate equivalent to 1 month of corporate HR work experience — and a Letter of Recommendation. No online course replicates that combination.
Phase 1 · Corporate Mentor Sessions
All mentors are active or recently active HR professionals from top companies — MNCs, high-growth startups, BFSI firms, and HR consulting practices. They bring real experience in building TA functions, managing HRBP partnerships, designing L&D programs, launching employer branding campaigns, and scaling people operations. On the tools side, you get hands-on practice with interactive Excel dashboards for HR data management, JIRA boards for HR workflow management, and HR analytics frameworks for deriving workforce insights.
Phase 2 · Live HR Project
The Live HR Project is a self-paced, domain-specific project where you apply real HR skills to a practical problem. You can choose from projects in Recruitment & TA, Team & Workforce Management, Performance Management, Employer Branding, or Learning & Development — aligned with your career interests. You submit your project for mentor review, receive detailed feedback, and earn a separate Live Project Certificate on successful completion.
Yes — this is one of the key differentiators of the program. Upon successful completion of your live HR project, you receive a separate Live Project Completion Certificate that is equivalent to 1 month of HR corporate work experience. This is distinct from your training completion certificate and specifically recognizes your hands-on HR project work. Recruiters value this because it proves applied skill, not just classroom attendance.
Phase 3 · Placement Mentorship
While we do not guarantee placements (no ethical program does), we provide comprehensive placement mentorship including HR resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, GD-PI preparation, HR-specific interview coaching, and company-specific preparation to maximize your placement probability. Logistics & Format
All live sessions are conducted on Zoom, arranged by Skilled Sapiens. Sessions are predominantly on weekends with flexible timing slots to accommodate working professionals and students. All session recordings are shared with enrolled students for lifetime access. A personal program coordinator is assigned to each student for scheduling and support throughout the program.
